Beat License Agreement

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Welcome to Bashoot on the Beatz. By purchasing, downloading, or using any beat, instrumental, sample pack, or digital product from Bashoot on the Beatz, you agree to the following terms.

1. Ownership

All beats, instrumentals, sounds, and digital content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bashoot on the Beatz unless an Exclusive License explicitly transfers specific rights in writing.

2. License Types

Basic MP3 License ($29.99)

High-quality MP3 file.

Commercial use permitted.

Credit required: "Produced by Bashoot on the Beatz."

Non-exclusive license.

Premium WAV License ($59.99)

MP3 + WAV files.

Commercial use permitted.

Credit required.

Non-exclusive license.

Trackout (STEMS) License ($149.99)

MP3, WAV, and STEM files.

Professional mixing and mastering allowed.

Commercial use permitted.

Credit required.

Non-exclusive license.

Unlimited License ($299.99)

MP3, WAV, and STEM files.

Unlimited commercial usage under this agreement.

Credit required.

Non-exclusive license.

Exclusive License ($999+)

Beat is removed from future sales after purchase.

Buyer receives exclusive usage rights as defined in the exclusive contract.

3. Credit

Whenever possible, the buyer must credit the producer as:

4. Restrictions

The buyer may not:

Sell or redistribute the beat by itself.

Claim ownership of the instrumental.

Upload the beat as a standalone product.

Use the beat for unlawful or defamatory purposes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once files have been delivered.

6. Copyright Protection

All content is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bashoot on the Beatz is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products.

8. Changes

Bashoot on the Beatz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
